This 19th century clay bottle was hand dug by me in Richmond upon Thames.

It was not in perfect condition after being buried for so many years so it lent itself to this brick design. I sponged it with acrylics which gives it a good surface texture.

Each bottle found is slightly different so the surface designs are unique. Use as decoration, or as a vase for flowers. 17cm high x 10cm wide. Do not immerse in water.
