Marble Hill Park

Upcycled diorama. Created in an old fish tin, this is my original drawing of Marble Hill Park, Richmond upon Thames. Managed by English Heritage, the house boasts 60 acres of riverside parkland, restored gardens and a wood but you can also take a tour inside. I have drawn this magnificent Georgian house from the towpath from Teddington Lock on the other side of the River Thames.

The artwork has been layered using paper on a watercolour background to build up the 3D illusion inside the tin. The original ring pull has been riveted into the back of the tin to make it easy to hang.

Each piece is individually made so it may differ slightly from the photograph. Size 10.5 cm x 6 cm across.
